We are not an estate agent and we are not linked to any estate agent, the company was formed as a result of a chance meeting with an investor who needed help. Most investors have an idea or an image of what they would like their investment or property to be like. They also have criteria to fulfil when buying a new property, whether this is the best location for a property in terms of rental, investment potential or simply a holiday home for friends and family.

Frequently they don’t actually know the country or the areas or the architecture very well. The idea and the investment can only be fully specified after the investor understands the country, the areas and the architectural options that work in that country. There are not many estate agents who can give that sort of advice impartially.

So for investors who have not made their choice on purchase, and want to visit and understand Bulgaria, its areas and property options, we offer the “Welcome to Bulgaria” service.
