If you wish and we recommend this, we will stock the kitchen with essentials before your quests arrive. We will collect any cash deposit payments Our team can offer your guests or tenants all range of hospitality services such as welcome packs, check on arrival and departure, car hire. We can also organize exciting activities like rock climbing, abseiling down waterfalls, fishing, hunting, horse ridding, mountain biking, quad biking, hiking and so on. We can also organize more relaxing activities such as, wine tours, cooks, beauty and well being therapists and massages. Overall we will ensure that your guests have everything they need for a carefree holiday with plenty of information for entertaining around the area, generally they will have everything they need for one remarkable trip. We will meet them and we will collect the keys on their leaving and make sure your property is left in good condition and no damages have occurred. If they have, we will catalogue it and wherever possible get the visitors agreement before they leave. We will keep you up to date with information about reservations, income and expenses. Our basic fee is 15 % of the renting income for SHORT TERM(1-28 nights of stay) and LONG TERM 10 % of the rental income (28+ nights of stay). Anything we have to buy is charged separately. Cleaning We can prepare your property for your tenants, we will organize the cleaning and ensure everything is spotless for your guests. We will air the property, making all the beds delivering and fitting clean fresh bedding, towels and toilet paper, we will ensuring there are cleaning liquids and the most important tea begs and sugar in the jars. We will make photos to show correct level of visit preparation. If it winter we will warm the property in readiness and show them how to work the heating. Our fee depends on the size of the property and the distance of your property from Veliko Tarnovo. |
