·       This project was in a house near Veliko Tarnovo. The owner who has lived in Bulgaria for a long time wanted to do some house improvements. The scope was to make a balcony and later to add roof; make two patio areas with concrete foundations, make a convenient walkway to second floor landing and later to add a staircase.

·       Fixed price for: Patios, concrete foundations, wooden walkway, varnishing;

·       Cost plus for: Supply stone patio tiles.

·       Project was in the village of Malki Chiflik, near Veliko Tarnovo. It was started in August 2018 and finished one month later.
