· The scope was to clear it out, reconfigure the space by making the separate kitchen, dining and living spaces open plan, design and fit upgraded kitchen and appliances, design and fit upgraded bathrooms, renew kitchen and bathroom tiling, replace all windows, install new electrics, install air conditioning, fit new doors, replaster, renew woodwork, repair and polish old parquet flooring, plaster and decorate throughout, supply furniture and make it ready for the high end rental market. · Fixed price for: Demolition, create new openings and reconfigure the space, New electrics throughout , plumbing including fitting bathroom furniture, Tiling of kitchen and bathrooms, Remove old wall coat (wienerweiss, which is fine-ground lime), re plastering throughout, Painting throughout, Supply and replace all windows with new PVC ones, Tile bathrooms, Install air conditioning, Sanding terrazzo floors, Sand, repair and varnish of parquet floors, Supply and fit skirting boards and door facings, Supply and install new main and interior doors, Create projects for new bathrooms and kitchen for client approval, install bathroom furniture (budgets given for supply new kitchen and bathroom furniture) · Cost plus for: Supply tiles, supply bathroom furniture, supply and kitchen and white goods all to client’s choice, new high security external door to clients choice, air conditioning units to clients choice, source and supply furniture to clients choice. · Hourly charge for: Initial clearing out and final cleaning · Project was in proximity of the old part of Veliko Tarnovo; it was started in the middle of 2020 and finished early 2021. |
