· This was a top floor 2-bedroom apartment that had lain unfinished for a number of years and its new owners wished it to be finished to allow them to rent. The communal roof had been leaking and the inside had been damaged by water. The scope was to repair & prepare it ready for leasing and find a first tenant.
· Fixed price for: Repair roof, replace damaged plasterboard and internal window surrounds, re-plaster and paint walls and ceilings throughout. Develop 3D kitchen and bathroom designs for client approval, fit and tile bathroom and kitchen, fit additional sockets for kitchen and air conditioning, supply and install air conditioning, lay new flooring, supply and install new doors and skirting’s throughout. · Cost plus for: Supply, bathroom furniture, kitchen and white goods to client’s choice, purchase clients choice furniture. Flooring supply to client’s choice. · Hourly charge for: Final cleaning and furniture assembly
· Project was in centre of VT new town, it was started mid 2018 and finished early 2019 and rented within two months of completion. We now manage this property
