 About us I was educated in Finance and Banking and have worked in the area of Property care since 2006. I am open and honest and I recognise the basis of good business is enthusiasm, commitment, integrity hard work and good communication. In 2012 I recognised a gap in the market and started the Property Care VT business. I have extensive experience in all the services I am offering i.e. Building work, Property Maintenance; Property Management; Accountancy; Personal assistance and documentation; Administration etc. I operate the business in a very “hands on way” and I am personally involved with every client, I have part time assistance to help me with administration and routine issues but all significant business issues and client relationships are my responsibility. Most of my clients are Western European investors and I believe it is most important to deliver Bulgarian services in a manner which Western Europeans expect. So to ensure I marry Bulgarian ways with European expectations I have access to a Western European consultant who guides me in this respect. Over the years I have built strong relationships with a wide range of reliable and honest tradesmen providing me with an enviable network of contacts. I also value the importance of being honest and transparent when dealing with clients and find this brings much needed confidence and comfort to those dealing with unfamiliar policies and procedures in a foreign country.
