From this date individuals are now able to buy land provided they have lived in Bulgaria for three years. The reason for the three year clause is to ensure there is a good likelihood the individuals will actually personally be interested in the land and thus put it to beneficial use.As before companies can purchase land at any time without there being a necessity for the company owners being resident for three years. |
