Needed ingredients:
• 1 sauerkraut
• 1 onion
• 1 carrot
• 6-7 mushrooms
• 400g mince
• 1/3 tea cup rice
• Savory, mint, cumin, red pepper, black pepper, salt
• Vegetable broth
• Parsley
• Bay leaf
• 3-4 soup spoons tomato paste
• 3-4 soup spoons soy sauce
• Cooking oil
Way of making:
The leaves of the cabbage are being cleaned and washed. The onion and the mushrooms are cut in small pieces. The carrot is shredded on a grater. The mince is fuzzed with little water. The onion, the mushrooms and the carrot are damped in a pan. After that in the pan are put the red pepper, the tomato paste and the soy sauce. After that everything in the pan is mixed and to this mix is added the mince, the both and the kitchen herbs. This is mixed about 5 minutes and then the rice is added. In after 1-2 minutes the pan has to be removed from the hot plate. In the leaves is put the ready mix and they are wrapped. Then they have to be put in a pot or clay stew. They are stacked with a plate and are covered with water and sauerkraut water (1:1). They are cooked in moderate temperature of the oven for 2 hours
